Sniffer Analysis
Sniffer® Analysis enables the operations staff to perform highly granular packet analysis, mining and decode of packets captured and stored by nGenius® InfiniStream® appliances.

Optimised for direct connection to an nGenius InfiniStream appliance, the Sniffer Analysis software suite can be used with the nGenius Service Assurance Solution or as a standalone product to provide unprecedented granular packet forensic analysis capabilities that enhances and simplify troubleshooting. Deep packet-level analysis quickly pinpoints performance anomalies and isolates root cause enabling operations staff to rapidly solve the most challenging and complex application and network performance issues.

A number of components of the Sniffer Analysis software suite are included and provide a direct-connect interface to nGenius InfiniStream appliances.

InfiniStream Console (Expert Analysis)

InfiniStream Console is a packet retrieval and manipulation tool to support in depth packet searches and focused frame analysis, InfiniStream console also contains a built in knowledge base capable performing diagnosis on packet level issues.

Sniffer Multisegment Analysis is a powerful collaboration tool for correlation and analysis of data across multiple network segments.

Sniffer Mobile Intelligence

Sniffer Mobile Intelligence is a module for Sniffer Intelligence which provides visibility into wide time windows, insight into subscriber data sessions and mobile protocols.
